Returns & Refund Policy

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, with its original tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at artmooncc@gmail.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Artmoon is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost during transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include photographs of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Handmade and unique items

Many Artmoon pieces are handmade or created using natural materials, crystals, vintage fabrics, or repurposed textiles. Small variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape, or finish may occur and are part of the unique character of each piece.

These natural or handmade variations are not considered defects.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, except when defective.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective or do not correspond to what was ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard delivery costs paid on the original order will also be refunded.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
